My family sponsors a child in Uganda, he goes by Balex. He writes us letters and we write pack, we've sent a picture of our family to him and he's sent some of him and his aunt. It's really great to see him grow through his writing. We met the director of this program through our church and she spends most of her time in Uganda and she keeps us up to date on how he's doing, as well as everyone else in the community. It's truly amazing.

Recently, Lynn taught the women how to bake, and they have made some wonderful cookies and other breads. A few months ago she brought back some peanut butter than they had made and it was amazing, my favorite peanut butter i've ever tried.

Connect Africa is an amazing program who cares about the long term benefits of the community.
