My Night Routine

Step 1: About an hour before bed.... -Shower or Clean Face with my Clinique Sonic System Purifying Cleansing Brush **About every three nights I will wear a face mask that comes off with hot water -Lotion my face with the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion -Once that sets in a little I put the Clinique Clinical Clearing Gel all over my problem spots Step 2: Moisturize Body -Use Vaseline Intensive Care Essential Healing Lotion on my arms, legs, chest, stomach Step 3:  Put on some loose pajamas Step 4: Right before bed... -Add Beauty Protector Protect & Oil to my hair -Comb it through my hair -Put Hair into loose braid Step 5: Brush Teeth

How To: Organize & Clean Your Room

Step 1: Strip Your Bed & Throw them into the wash Step 2: Sort Your Clothes into Piles -Tops -T-shirts and Workout Bottoms -Leggings and Sweatpants -Jeans and Pants -Underwear and Socks -Bras -Sweatshirts, Sweaters (Hangable items) Step 3: Get a Trash Bag -Put the clothes you haven't worn in the past year in the bag Step 4: Put the Rest of Your Clothes Away Step 5: Go through Your Shoes -Get Rid of the shoes that don't fit you or that you haven't worn in the past year Step 6: Get another Trash Bag -Go through the non-clothing items in your room and decide whether or not the item is an important memory or if it brings you happiness. -If the answer is no, throw it out -If the answer is yes, decide if you want it in your room or in a memory box Step 7: Sweep, Vacuum, Dust
